Welcome to Hillcrest Clinic
Hillcrest Clinic was established in 1973 and was the first
independent abortion clinic in the Baltimore area. The clinic evolved out
of a growing need in the community for abortion services, and has expanded
rapidly in staff and available services.
From its inception, Hillcrest has considered its role as being three-fold.

First, Hillcrest provides,
as a public service, a community education program dealing with the fields
of reproductive biology and related health care. |

Second, Hillcrest offers medical
and surgical abortion services on an out-patient basis. The clinic is
staffed with professionals in the fields of medicine and counseling who
are trained to help women deal with the problem of unwanted pregnancies.
Hillcrest endeavors to offer an atmosphere of understanding and respect
while maintaining confidentiality. |

Third, Hillcrest provides
quality birth control and abortion services at a cost that women in the
community can afford. |
Hillcrest is staffed with Board Certified
physicians specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. These physicians
are backed by a team of professional nurses, counselors and lab technicians
who are specially trained to help women deal with the problems of unwanted
pregnancies.
The main objective of the clinic is to provide
women with quality medical care and professional counseling in an atmosphere
of confidentiality and respect--at an affordable cost.
A member of the National Abortion Federation (NAF), Hillcrest subscribes
